Certified as a Kettlebell instructor, Mixed Martial Arts MaxFit and TRX suspension trainer, Kase works with clients of all ages and genders to make fitness fun, empowering and functional. He has worked with a wide range of clients including sports specific cycle instructors, females looking to have lean sculpted physiques, and makes wanting dramatically increase muscle mass and size.
